Abstract

Professional ethics and pedagogical culture are among the fundamental components of effective educational practice and teacher professionalism. In the context of rapid social transformation, technological advancement, and educational reforms, the role of teachers extends beyond the transmission of knowledge to include moral leadership, cultural mediation, and the formation of students' values and social competencies. This article examines the theoretical foundations, structural components, and practical significance of professional ethics and pedagogical culture in contemporary education.
